Adult Hockey at the Polar Dome
The Polar Dome offers a comprehensive adult hockey program designed for players of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned veterans. Our state-of-the-art facility provides a welcoming environment where adults can enjoy the sport, improve their skills, and engage in friendly competition. The program includes structured training sessions led by experienced coaches, focusing on skating techniques, stick handling, and game strategies.

Polar Dome Championship Level Team:
13 week session starting Tuesday, February 11th
Games will be on Tuesdays at 6:50 pm or 8:30 pm. This is a competitive league with no set skill level assigned. Individuals looking to play in this level can be added to a team with the captain's permission.
Polar Dome Rec League:
This level is for people who are looking to have some fun. Higher skilled players can join, but please leave the attitudes at the door. An evaluation skate will take place before the season begins. Teams will be divided up to give a more balanced approach to the level.
Games will be played on Thursdays at 6:50 pm and 8:30 pm.
Individuals can sign up online.
Dues for both team in individual must be paid before play starts.
The league follows all USA Hockey Rules, and no checking is allowed.
