Adult Hockey Leagues

The Polar Dome offers a comprehensive adult hockey program designed for players of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned veterans. Our historic facility provides a welcoming environment where adults can enjoy the sport, improve their skills, and engage in friendly competition. Choose between two different leagues:  The Champion's Team League and the Individual's Rec League. Make sure you stop in after every game for a complimentary domestic beer for all players (21+).

C Division League

Think your team has what it takes to rule the Polar Dome?! Sign up your team today for your chance to call yourselves Champions of the Dome! Season begins Tuesday September 29, 2026.

This is a no-check league… we all have jobs to get to in the morning. Games are on TUESDAYS at 8:00 pm and 9:30 pm. By signing up your team for this league, you understand that there has been no skill level has been assigned. You could be playing teams with more or less talent than your own. This is generally recommended for players who are not just starting off and would like a bit of a challenge in their game. Limited to a 15-person Full Time Roster.   • 13 Game Season
  • 1 Championship or Consolation Game
  • 14-Minute Periods
  • 2 Referees per game
  • One Domestic Beer Per Player Per Game (21+)
  • End Of Season Pizza Party

- Subs are allowed but must register before the game

$3,500 Team Fee

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration to play.

 Rec Division League

This level is more for the fun and chill of the game. Higher-skilled players are allowed, but please leave attitudes (and Michigans) at the door. Season begin on Thursday, October 1, 2026. 

This is a no-check league… we all have jobs to get to in the morning. Games are currently penciled in on THURSDAYS at 8:00 pm and 9:30 pm. We will try our best to accommodate friends that would like to play for the same team as best as we can, but there are no guarantees... plus it's more fun to play against them sometimes.  For questions regarding the roster or other league registration information, please email info@polardomedundee.com.

$350 Individual Fee - Skaters

$50 Goalie Signup - (Offered in person only, first come, first served.) Sub Goalies/rotating goalies will be allowed with registration.   

Participants must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration to play.

POLAR DOME ADULT LEAGUE RULES

  • Car keys must be turned in to receive a locker room key. Locker rooms must be cleaned before receiving car keys back
  • Game times: Tuesdays C Division 8:00pm or 9:30pm
  • FULL roster with players names, email address and USA Hockey # must be turned in prior to first game
  • ALL players must check in with scorekeeper during warm-ups
  • 5 Minute warm up
  • 3-14 Minute stop time periods
  • NO ICE CUTS
  • 2/5/10 Minutes for penalties
  • 1 Time Out per team per game
  • 3rd period running time with 5 goal lead (Clock will not stop again unless goal differential gets to 4 goals)
  • A fighting penalty called by official is a 1 Game suspension with possible additional suspension by League Director
  • Complete unnecessary body check, slash etc. will be a 4-minute penalty instead of 2 minutes
  • If tied at end regulation, there will be a 3-man shootout then sudden death shootout to clarity winner. Home team has choice to first or second
  • NO PLAYER will be allowed to score more than 3 goals in one game!
  • ALL players must wear their Polar Dome helmet sticker on the bottom right of their helmet in all games
  • NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL is allowed in the building
  • NO ALCOHOL is allowed on players bench
  • NO SMOKING OR VAPING in any area of building
