Want to learn how to play hockey as an adult? Come and join our adult beginner hockey league. This hour-long session is comprised of a half an hour of instructor-based skill development and a half an hour game session.
While at The Polar Dome we ask players, coaches, parents, spectators, and all visitors to respect the facilities please always and one another. Any violation of this policy may result in permanent suspension from the facility.
